ReMe is a care and wellbeing platform that helps people and their care circles to stay connected, record check-ins, manage stories and content, and access activities and recommendations. The service is provided by ReMeLife (or the entity named in your jurisdiction).

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must use the service in accordance with applicable laws and must not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system or other users’ data.

Your use of ReMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data as described there and in line with applicable data protection law.

5. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or a notice in the app). Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
